Known Quests

Letters of Credit (any) -- start at bank in Dakron Bae; once completed, this allows you to draw on banked gps w/o carrying cash
 

Sorahl's Puzzle (high to lord) -- Sorahl, Mage Guildmaster of Fellport; allows you to bypass Sorahl's wards
 

Borm's Dream Trance (mid+) -- start at Borm's temple in the Institute; allows see/use channels while sleeping with Mindsight

There's a child in dragon square who asks for help.  The child wants a cat collar, good for newbies

Turn in a senior merchant Sigil west of bank in db to the guild custodian in merchants guild hall
