There is a whetstone in a chest with a lizard east of db.... there is also one that sometimes pops on a mob called chylir in a room called Outrider Barracks
I have made started a filterable eq list, unfortunately it is currently just in MS Excel. If you don't have excel, you can get it a viewer for it here.

How about a Condensed Excel EQ Page for using this page, if you are using IE 7 (or possibly older ones as well) I suggest selecting internet options from the tools menu then click on the general tab, then look near the bottom of the box to find the Tabs section. Click Settings, and uncheck the "Enable tabbed browsing", or if it is enabled, lick the radio button next to A new window in the Open links from other programs in: sectionimages\Images For Posting To Boards\sessions.jpg
